Thinking about attending your first interest meeting with the Tri-Cities Alumni Chapter? Here's what to expect — and why you should come with your questions ready.
1. It's a Conversation, Not a Commitment
An interest meeting is exactly what it sounds like: a chance to learn about Kappa Alpha Psi and for us to learn about you. There is no obligation — only information.
2. You'll Learn What the Fraternity Stands For
Every interest meeting covers the history, purpose, and object of Kappa Alpha Psi — achievement in every field of human endeavor — and what membership in an alumni chapter actually involves.
3. You'll Meet Chapter Leadership Face to Face
Our officers attend personally. You'll hear directly from the men who lead the chapter about our service plans, our expectations, and the brotherhood you'd be joining.
4. Your Questions Are Welcome
Time, cost, process, service commitments — alumni membership questions are all fair game. We would rather you join with clear eyes than hesitation.
5. The Desire Never Left
Many of the men we meet passed on fraternity life as undergraduates but never stopped feeling the pull. If that's you — you're exactly who interest meetings are for. The door is open.
Ready? Request an invite through our membership page, and a chapter officer will follow up with the details of our next meeting.
