Serving the Tri-Cities: Our Community Service Vision

Service is at the heart of who we are. From its earliest days, Kappa Alpha Psi has lived out its purpose not just in the achievements of its members, but in the good they do for their communities. The Tri-Cities Alumni Chapter intends to honor that tradition right here in Northeast Tennessee.

Our service vision focuses on three areas where we believe a small chapter can make a real difference:

1. Youth Mentorship

Young men in Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City deserve role models who show up consistently. Our brothers volunteer their time and experience to help young people see what achievement looks like up close.

2. Community Outreach

Food insecurity, school supply drives, holiday giving — we partner with established local organizations to extend their reach and put hands and hearts to work across the Tri-Cities.

3. Educational Support

Our scholarship fund exists to knock down financial barriers for local students pursuing higher education — because achievement begins with opportunity.

None of this happens without you. If your organization wants to partner on a service project, or if you'd like to volunteer alongside us, reach out. The community built us; we intend to build it right back.
